This policy explains what information Solventic, a product of Arty Fishall LLC ("we," "us"), collects when you use our website and dashboard (the "Service"), and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account information you provide directly: name, work email, company name, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text).

Agent usage data you or your systems send us: workflow names, run counts, model/token costs, and outcome statuses, used to calculate the ROI metrics shown on your dashboard.

Billing information: subscription plan and payment status. Card details are collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe -- we never see or store your full card number.

Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, collected automatically for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

To provide and operate the Service, calculate and display your ROI dashboard, process subscription and success-fee billing, respond to support requests, and secure your account.

How we share it

We share data with service providers who help us run the Service -- currently Supabase (database and authentication) and Stripe (payments) -- under their own privacy and security commitments. We do not sell your data. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after cancellation to comply with legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Security

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, hashed passwords, row-level access controls) to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
