Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Solventic's website and dashboard (the "Service"), operated by Arty Fishall LLC, doing business as Solventic ("we," "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Solventic tracks the cost of your AI agent activity and the business outcomes you assign to it, and presents ROI metrics on a dashboard. You are responsible for the accuracy of any outcome values or workflow definitions you configure.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and API key. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscriptions and fees

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. Some plans include a success fee based on a percentage of the "net value delivered" figure calculated from data you configure and provide; this fee is invoiced separately and is due per the terms of that invoice. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access another customer's data, submitting fraudulent usage data, or interfering with the Service's operation.

Data accuracy disclaimer

ROI and outcome-value figures shown on your dashboard are calculated from data and assumptions you (or your systems) provide. Solventic does not independently verify the accuracy of outcome values you configure, and these figures should not be treated as audited financial statements.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solventic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
